This is Scottee. As well as organizing the 'Berwick Street Knitting Circle' and the cult 'First Thursdays Artist Coffee Morning', he's actually a rather reputable performance artist. Scottee also curates the gallery and performance space at Digitaria London.

It's the annual Abergavenny Food Festival in South Wales this weekend. I know... it's a slight departure from the norm and as events go, maybe not the richest of pickings for 'style scanning'. However, there were definitely a few pleasant surprises...

I get instantly mesmerized by anything psychedelic or paisley pattern-ish, particularly in rich gemstone colours, so I had to get a shot of this girl, who was in front of me in the queue, at the local Co-op. The store's being remodeled, which provided the perfect backdrop for our impromptu fashion shoot - and no small amount of entertainment for the queue behind us.


What I can't convey, is how dramatic this cape looked, swooshing about as he strode down the street.
