Obscure Couture @ London Fashion Week
Designers Lyndsay Pagan and Jennifer Coyle worked tirelessly to create this superb collection for London Fashion Week from their base in Glasgow's East End. Battling freezing temperatures and burst pipes, the designers even had to wear ski suits to stay warm enough to work at times! These girls are great.
The witty Bonnie Bling jewellery was specifically designed for the collection by Mhairi Mackenzie.

Yvan Rodic - The Facehunter
Yvan "The Facehunter" Rodic.
I met Yvan at Somerset House. You can see him 'face hunting' in New York via this sweet new film, the same gingham jacket even makes an appearance. Have to admit though, this clip is making me reflect on just how close to train spotters we street style bloggers can get...

Jay Parker - London Fashion Geek
Last Fashion Week, at the Johnny Blueeyes show, I spotted Jay's mesmerizing 'inked' fingers and asked him for a picture. We became pals instantly.
Jay's just written the most flattering post about our friendship on his brand new blog London Fashion Geek. Thank you Jay, I feel exactly the same. x

Artist Jacob Smith if front of one of his utterly resplendent paintings.
Pretty sure this is the first time I've ever said to a stranger... "I'd love it if you'd put your head right here for me, just below the tits, that's fantastic."
Amy, co-owner of Recoat Gallery who are kicking off 2011 with this eye poppingly strong exhibition.

The 'Apartness' opening night was actually so rammed that I came back the next day to get a better look at the walls...
