On Sunday morning I spotted this..."Lamppost Cosy"(?), no idea who's behind this particular addition to the neighbourhood but it's cute!

    Aaaaah not sure who did this, but I used to spot someone doing this on door handles and bike seats. The tag said The Green Garter??? ooooh the mystery
