FANGS move to France this summer but are playing Glasgow again at Get a Room on Sunday 1st May. 

Get a Room: 50 bands, 20 DJs in rooms over the 8 floors of the Brunswick Hotel...

Glasgow new wave band FANGS have been busy recording in the South of France... oh, that and being asked to play the odd gig with 'Public Image Ltd' and 'Sons and Daughters' and 'Black Kids' etc etc! However, on the cusp of their "Automatic Rock'n'Roll" album release with Platinum Records, the band are throwing a homecoming gig tonight, Saturday 2nd April, at Deathkill4000 @ BLOC...

Signed to Platinum records, the Glasgow no-wave band have just recorded their debut album in the south of France. Each time I bump into JoJo there's even more exciting news, (last time, the album was being 'mastered'). Guitarist Marko has totally summed it up for me below...

'SICKO' the first taster from FANGS debut album, is teeming with glamorous, glitchy, dive club beats, fuzzy 4am brightness, unmistakable buzzing bass and raw synths. For fans of LCD Soundsystem and Yeah Yeah Yeahs who want their beats built for the dancefloor".
