There's going to be a VERY exciting happening in Glasgow tomorrow, Sat 2nd Oct. Fans of jumble sales, read on...
Here's the blurb:
"The fair is the biggest annual event of its kind in Glasgow. Clothing, furniture, carpets, fancy goods, books, bags, shoes, white elephant, bikes, sports, camping, electrical, records/DVDs/CDs/videos/tapes, mirrors, pictures, lamps, toys, home baking and a tearoom."
Believe me, you never know what you'll come home with - but it most likely won't be what you set out to get...
Jordanhill Scout Hall
(Beside Jordanhill train station)
Saturday 2nd October, 1.30pm.
Dress for mud, bring plenty of small cash and bags and I've learnt the hard way to remember the mobile for locating errant friends. The queue looks huge but disperses quickly.
